This split level villa enjoys direct ocean views from both levels, including the recently renovated front terrace. It features high ceilings with bright natural light and the ocean breeze compliments newly installed ceiling fans throughout.

Both the master and guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom can be configured with two twin beds, or one queen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Whirlpool fridge and dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.

There is a separate laundry room with a washer-dryer for guests convenience, and daily cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
